Holly Lambert

My development of this positive child guidance framework is intermingled with my personal and professional worlds. I have five of my own children and have taught in the preschool I founded for over 17 years. I have a management degree from Bryant University. After the birth of my first son I switch my focus from law school to becoming a certified teacher and opening my own preschool. I have kept myself fresh in the child development field by attending countless training courses over the last 17 years.

My goal for this course is to provide you with information that will help guide your child towards choosing positive behaviors and suggest new strategies that will help simplify your parent management style and promote positive children. I believe that with correct information you too can have positive children that make a difference in this world.

I have applied these strategies with my own children, practice them daily in my classroom and now, I’m excited to share what I have learned with you. Thank you so much for the opportunity to help, I am very much looking forward to our meeting!!

Self-reflect on your innate parenting style, your parenting goals and principles and gain an understanding of how those things impact your childs behavior choices.

Determine your childs developmental strengths and weaknesses, needs, learning style and assess how environment can encourage or discourage positive child behavior.

Does your child have a clear set of expectations presented to them? How can expectations help develop a positive child.

Learn to pause and evaluate. How to follow through with consequences when expectations have been ignored.
At the end of each video you will answer some questions to help reinforce what you just learned. You can take this course at your own pace.
